Carol Dunagan
Diretor
Carol Dunagan é uma empreendedora. Como cosmetologista, ela foi proprietária e operou a Carol's Hair Fashion por 23 anos. Em 1989, ela abriu a Desert Impressions Gifts & Flowers, que ela administrou até vendê-la. Ela então se juntou ao marido, Ken, na operação da Dunagan Trucking. Eles se envolveram com o antigo clube de tratores Power from the Past de Tucson. Dois anos depois, eles começaram a puxar um trator em Willcox durante o Rex Allen Days. Eventualmente, passou de antiguidades para tratores e caminhões modificados e se transformou em AZ Truck & Tractor Pulling, com participantes vindos de muitos estados. Dunagan continuou a operar a Dunagan Trucking após a morte de Ken em 2019. "É um privilégio continuar servindo a comunidade como membro do conselho distrital e corporativo do NCCH", disse ela.
Winfield Thomas
Diretor
Winfield Thomas é o autor de vários padrões de programas para tratamento de abuso de substâncias no estado de Vermont. Ele tem uma vasta experiência no tratamento de transtornos de abuso de substâncias. Ele foi fundamental na obtenção de uma isenção do Medicaid, garantindo cobertura de tratamento de abuso de substâncias para indivíduos que, de outra forma, seriam inelegíveis para tratamento. Ele foi nomeado para a Associação Nacional de Conselheiros de Alcoolismo e Abuso de Drogas Senador Harold Hughes Advogado do Ano e é inspetor do Conselho de Credenciamento de Instalações de Reabilitação desde 1996, conduzindo pesquisas administrativas e de programas.
David Miller
Diretor
Nascido em Mesa, David Miller foi criado em Casa Grande em uma fazenda de algodão que seu pai administrava para um fazendeiro local de longa data. Ele fez parte do conselho da Igreja Evangélica Metodista por dois anos. Ele é casado e tem dois meninos em idade escolar. Miller trabalhou em vários campos - geralmente em funções de supervisão ou gerenciamento - incluindo siderurgia, agricultura, construção e condução de caminhões. Ele agora é o gerente de instalações de Serviços de Produção Agrícola. "Infelizmente, minha esposa e eu tivemos muita experiência com hospitais e especialistas no passado com nosso filho mais novo", disse ele, acrescentando que "viram muitas coisas boas e ruins na indústria, o que acredito ser útil como diretor do conselho".
Ellen Kauffman
Diretor
Nascida e criada em Tucson, Ellen Kauffman se formou na Universidade do Arizona com um Bacharelado em Ciências Contábeis. Começando sua vida adulta como gerente de escritório de uma pequena organização sem fins lucrativos, Kauffman mais tarde se aventurou no setor imobiliário, onde acabou conhecendo seu marido, Mike. Quando seus dois filhos eram pequenos, ela se concentrou na educação em casa, enquanto ainda ajudava o marido em sua carreira imobiliária. Em 2011, sua família mudou-se para Willcox para começar de novo depois que a recessão mudou o mercado imobiliário em Tucson. Em 2014, ela começou um caminho no Western Bank, onde agora é gerente de agência e vice-presidente. Kauffman disse que queria servir no conselho distrital, pois "o hospital é uma parte importante da comunidade e é uma boa organização para eu gastar meu tempo e energia. Tenho experiência em contabilidade e o distrito tem tudo a ver com números. É importante ter o hospital e mantê-lo em boa saúde financeira."
Wendy A. Conger
Diretor
Wendy A. Conger nasceu em Madri e mora no Arizona desde 1982. Formada pela Kingman High School, Wendy é educadora profissional desde 1988. Conger obteve seu Bacharelado em Educação Elementar pela Universidade do Arizona. Em 1996, concluiu o mestrado em liderança educacional. Por fim, como graduada pela Grand Canyon University em 2016, Conger obteve seu mestrado em educação especial. Conger se aposentou em julho de 2021. Ela e o marido, David, têm cinco filhos e seis netos.

Carol Dunagan
Carol Dunagan is an entrepreneur. As a cosmetologist she owned and operated Carol's Hair Fashion for 23 years. In 1989, she opened Desert Impressions Gifts & Flowers, which she ran until she sold it. She then joined her husband, Ken, in the operation of Dunagan Trucking. They became involved with Power from the Past antique tractor club of Tucson. Two years later, they started a tractor pull in Willcox during Rex Allen Days.
Eventually it went from antiques to modified tractors and trucks and grew into AZ Truck & Tractor Pulling with participants coming from many states. Dunagan has continued to operate Dunagan Trucking following the Ken's death in 2019. "It is a privilege to continue serve the community as a district and corporate board member of NCCH," she said.

Winfield Thomas
Winfield Thomas is the author of several program standards for substance abuse treatment in the state of Vermont. He has extensive experience in the treatment of substance abuse disorders. He was instrumental in obtaining a Medicaid waiver, ensuring substance abuse treatment coverage for individuals who would otherwise be ineligible for treatment. He was nominated for the National Association of Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors Senator Harold Hughes Advocate of the Year and has been a Council on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities surveyor since 1996, conducting both administrative and program surveys.

David Miller
Born in Mesa, David Miller was raised in Casa Grande on a cotton farm that his father ran for a longtime local farmer. He was on an Evangelical Methodist Church board for two years. He is married with two school-aged boys. Miller has worked in multiple fields--usually in supervisory or management roles--including steel work, farming, construction and truck driving. He is now the facility manager for Crop Production Services. "Unfortunately my wife and I have had a lot of experience with hospitals and specialists in the past with our youngest son," he said, adding they "have seen a lot of good and bad things in the industry, which I believe is useful as a board director."

Ellen Kauffman
Born and raised in Tucson, Ellen Kauffman graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Starting her adult life as an office manager for a small nonprofit, Kauffman later ventured into real estate where she eventually met her husband, Mike. When their two children were small, she focused on home schooling, while still assisting her husband in his real estate career.
In 2011, her family moved to Willcox to start fresh after the recession changed the housing market in Tucson. By 2014, she had started on a path at Western Bank, where she is now branch manager and vice president. Kauffman said she wanted to serve on the district board, as "the hospital is an important part of the community and it is a good organization for me to spend my time and energy. I have a background in accounting, and the district is all about numbers. It is important to have the hospital and to keep it in good financial health."

Wendy A. Conger
Wendy A. Conger was born in Madrid and has been living in Arizona since 1982. A graduate of Kingman High School, Wendy has been a professional educator since 1988. Conger earned her Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from the University of Arizona. In 1996, she completed her master's degree in educational leadership. Lastly, as a graduate of Grand Canyon University in 2016, Conger earned her master's degree in special education. Conger retired in July 2021. She and her husband, David, have five children and six grandchildren.
