NCCH Community Health Needs Assessment
A community health needs assessment is a process designed to better understand the health needs of the local community and to provide direction to community organizations— public health, health care and social services—regarding identifying gaps and adopting demonstrated best practices to close them. After conducting a needs assessment every three years, the Northern Cochise Community Hospital Board of Trustees also adopts an implementation plan to address identified needs.
