Delinquent Account Process

If an account becomes more than 90 days delinquent with no contact from the guarantor to update payment plan or to make arrangements to complete the application process and / or payment is not received, then the account will be sent for bad debt consideration. Once the account is approved for bad debt, the account will be sent to an outside collection agency and will be listed under the guarantor on file for further collection efforts.
